Can I access my Merchant Portal?
You will not be able to create new transactions from 8 Aug 2023.
You can continue to access the Pace Merchant Portal to review transactions and download your settlement reports.
The Merchant Portal will be inaccessible within 60-90 business days from our last transaction date.
I need to refund my customer.
Please access the Pace Merchant Portal to initiate a refund for your customer.
We will process the refund to the customer once we receive your instructions.
Please process all refunds by 11 Aug 2023.
After this date, please refund the customer directly as we will not be able process the refund on your behalf.
