Pace will initiate a refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the merchant's instruction on the cancellation and refund. You will receive the funds back to the card you used to complete your transaction and this may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank's processing cycle.
If your merchant agrees to a refund, we suggest you follow up directly with your merchant and get a confirmation that the refund has been raised in Pace's merchant portal.
