Do I need to pay for my instalment if I have requested a refund from the merchant?

Until your merchant authorizes Pace to refund, your transaction remains active on Pace. We recommend you complete your instalments according to your payment schedule to avoid incurring late fees. Rest assured that we will make the necessary adjustment on your transaction once your merchant has raised a refund from the Pace Merchant Portal.
