What happens to the points I earned when I receive a refund for my purchase?

Points equivalent to the refund amount will be deducted from your available balance.

In the event of a refund, please know that we will not credit back any earned Perk points that you may have used on the transaction.
For example, if you had completed the transaction using a voucher that you redeemed using your Pace Perks, we will not credit the points back when the transaction is refunded.
