Is Pace regulated by a financial authority?

Presently, we are exempted from holding a Standard Payment Institution License as we satisfy the requirements under the MAS regulations. Nevertheless, we have already applied for the license in anticipation for future business growth, and our application is yet to be processed by MAS as it is facing a huge backlog.
