How do I request for refunds?

For refunds, log in to the Merchant Portal, and select the 'Refund' button found on each transaction. 

To do so, follow these steps:

• Log in to the Merchant Portal 
• Go to Transactions
• Select the transaction you would like to request a refund for
• Select 'Refund' via the menu button
