You may be experiencing an error due to one of the following reasons:
- The card you've added is attached to another Pace account
- 3D-Secure for your card was not completed successfully
- The expiry date on the card is less than 60 days
- You're using a prepaid card. We currently support debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
- The card issuer noticed a charge that doesn't fit your normal spending pattern and blocked the transaction to protect you.
- The card has insufficient funds for the first payment or the withdrawal limit on your card does not match the payment amount
- Your card is not enabled for online payment - please contact your bank
For reasons 5 - 7, please contact your bank.
