If you wish to request a refund for your transaction, please contact your merchant as soon as possible. Refunds and cancellations are managed by the merchant and Pace is unable to initiate a refund without the merchant's authorization. Refund eligibility may vary based on the individual merchant's policy.
If the merchant accepts your cancellation and confirms a refund, Pace will cancel your subsequent outstanding instalments and/or initiate the refund for the completed payments as directed by the merchant.
